Company Profile

Greemann Capital is a Grand Rapids based commercial mortgage banker that arranges mortgage financing for commercial real estate including multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties. Our sources of funds include life insurance companies, pension funds, agency and CMBS as well as other institutional investors. We originate, underwrite, package, negotiate, close and service commercial mortgage loans.

Services / Consulting

Our primary focus is arranging commercial mortgage loans on a long-term fixed or adjustable rate basis with institutional lenders with whom we have developed a strong relationship. Over 70% of our business is servicing retained with repeat customers. Our goal is to provide unparalleled service to both the lenders and borrowers. We also provide real estate consulting services and commercial real estate brokerage services to institutional clients.
